Ultrasonic Level Transmitter Multiflex
The Hycontrol Multiflex is a CE-marked ultrasonic level controller for solids in hoppers and silos and for liquids, with software routines selected for solid or liquid applications. It measures from 0 to 15 m with 0.25% accuracy, works from -40°C to +90°C, allows up to 300 metres between transducer and controller and has an ATEX option. Hycontrol now offers the Miniflex LR as its replacement.
Ultrasonic Level Transmitter Sonarflex Sludge Blanket Detection
The Hycontrol Sonarflex sludge blanket and interface controller is a microprocessor-based transmitter, combined with an appropriate RVS sonar transducer and a cleaning mechanism. It can be programmed via an easy menu-driven keypad or remotely via a PC. It is used to measure the blanket level in primary sedimentation tanks or the RAS Blanket and FLOC/FLUFF layers in secondary and final clarifiers.

Microflex LR pushes the boundaries of non-contact ultrasonic level measurement. This new range of smart level transmitters can measure distances up to 60 metres and is suitable for solids and liquids. Using new technology developed with low frequencies, these transmitters can operate in extreme applications, including very dusty and dirty environments, where most traditional ultrasonic units will fail.

This new range of smart level instruments is capable of measuring distances of up to 60 metres and is suitable for both solids and liquids.
