Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably Instrumentation & Control
  • Malaysian citizen or relevant residence status
  • 1 to 2 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in instrumentation for process industries
  • Hardworking, energetic, positive attitude, self-motivated team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal skills across cultures and backgrounds
  • Outgoing, pleasant, mature and well-groomed
  • Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop company product knowledge quickly
  • Promote and establish the market for company products
  • Prepare proposals for products, systems and packages
  • Attend enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals
  • Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and shipment arrangements
  • Maintain customer relations: solve problems, give efficient support
  • Manage sales and operations activities
  • Own the overall sales target and profit performance
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to existing customers
  • Search for prospects and identify potential customers

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support engineers in project site work
  • Help with project documentation
  • Learn and support continuous improvement processes
  • Help ensure tasks are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Related tasks assigned by the supervisor for basic operational needs
